2026-09-30I honestly didn’t know what to expect from honeystack at first but i’ve actually been liking it a lot. we started using it because we wanted a better way to see what was actually happening with our customer conversations and engagement, and it’s been pretty useful for that. the main thing i like is that it gives you a lot of the information in one place instead of having to bounce between a million different tools. once you get everything connected, it’s pretty easy to go in and see what’s working and where people are actually engaging.
not the kind of software i’d normally get excited about lol but it’s genuinely been useful, which is really all i want from a tool like this.
