When automated outreach is not enough, it alerts the care team with specific intervention instructions, and before each appointment it gives the provider a quick snapshot of the patient’s engagement, communication preferences and concerns. In telemedicine visits it adds live on-screen suggestions to help clinicians build rapport. It is built for practices and care teams rather than individual patients, the vendor says it runs on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, and it is offered through a pilot program.
