DeepScribe is an ambient AI medical scribe built for specialty care, above all oncology, and also offered for cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, orthopedics and urology. The clinician opens the app at the start of a visit, selects the patient from the synced schedule and talks with them normally, in person or by telehealth; DeepScribe records and analyzes the conversation and produces a structured clinical note that syncs to the EHR, and the clinician reviews it and signs off. Around the visit it prepares a pre-visit summary of the patient’s history, surfaces potential diagnoses, codes the encounter and learns each clinician’s note style.
