Tools.AI® maps how the work gets done in each industry and matches the right AI tools to it. Most work takes several steps, and AI is good at some of them and not others. So we start from the work, not from the tools.
1. Describe the work. Type the job you need done into AI Search, in your own words, such as “taking phone orders for a restaurant” or “writing patient notes for a clinic”.
2. AI Search analyzes our catalog. It reads the listings in our catalog, what each tool does and who it is for as its listing describes it, and recommends the tools that fit the work you described. The quick-picks button shows the closest matches in place; Search opens the full list, ranked by fit.
3. Compare, then choose. Each listing shows what its vendor publishes, with a link to the vendor. Narrow the list by industry or by Free and Freemium, or browse an industry from the homepage. The catalog is organized by industry and by the kind of work each tool does.
Where it is going. Today AI Search recommends the tools that fit what you describe. We are building the next step: the set of tools that covers each step of a job, in the order the work happens, checked against the systems you already use.
